Welcome to VERVE!
We review our Policy regularly and occasionally we may need to make changes or additions to the Policy that may affect how we handle your data. We will post new versions of the Policy on our Site where it becomes effective and binding immediately. If we think a revision is material, in our sole discretion, we will notify members by email of the new revision. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to be bound by the new revision.
If you have any questions about this Policy, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We collect, process, and use all data and/or information about you and your account (collectively Personal Data) in accordance with the laws and statutes on data protection in the U.S.
We use Personal Data solely to provide you with the Services. We will never rent, sell, or otherwise provide Personal Data to any third party for advertising or for marketing purposes. We use Personal Data to provide you with the Services such as for billing, identification and authentication purposes; to analyze the Site usage for statistical purposes; to manage and improve our products and the Site; to deliver administrative and informative notices and communications relevant to your use of the Services; for troubleshooting problems; for detecting, protecting against and preventing fraudulent or other criminal activity; for distribution to our third party service providers ("TSPs") (such as our technology server and payment gateway operator) who are bound by our privacy restrictions or restrictions at least as restrictive as those set forth in this Policy; to enforce our Terms & Conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that any of your Personal Data which is necessary for purchasing any of the Services will be transferred to our TSPs involved in the execution of the debiting procedure (e.g. payment gateway operator, credit card acquirer and the bank issuing the credit/debit card).
When you apply for membership to our Site and Services and during your membership term, we will collect some Personal Data from you, such as your name, email address, resident address, location, occupation, photos and other data you upload or enter into your profile. This Personal Data is entered by you during the application process.
We may also collect data about your navigation of the Site on an aggregate basis, such as your Internet Protocol Address ("IP Address"), which is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you navigate the Site, your Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), your login frequency, the pages you visited within the Site, and the Internet browser or device you are using.
When you participate in the Services such as registering for an event, or participating in campaigns or surveys, we may require that you submit certain Personal Data to the Site. You may also voluntarily provide Personal Data when you send us an inquiry or support request email.
If you choose to invite other women to join from your personal network, the names and email addresses of the invitees need to be entered on the Site. The names and email addresses of the women that are invited will be used by us only to send your invitation email (including an optional personal message). We store this information to send the invitation email, to register a contact connection if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our Invite Friends program.
Surveys are periodically conducted to collect information to help us improve the Site. All information collected through surveys will remain confidential and anonymous, even if we use a third party to help us conduct the survey, unless otherwise indicated.
Any material you disclose on the Blog section of the Site is viewable to the public. Please use caution when disclosing Personal Data on the Blog.

You can find additional information on cookies and similar technologies used on various websites through your browser or other internet resources.
We restrict access to information about you to entities affiliated with us and to those employees and TSPs who need to know that information in order to provide requested products and services to you.
